1.1. Reporting bugs

If you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior while using CryDisGen, please report it by email. To help us identify and resolve the problem efficiently, please provide the following information whenever possible:

Problem description: A brief explanation of the issue and the circumstances under which it occurs.

Input files: The parameter file used to generate the model and the input crystal structure. If the size of the crystal structure file is too large, please just send some descriptions of it instead.

Error messages: The complete error messages or relevant output produced by the software.

If possible, please also attach screenshots or visualization results illustrating the issue.

If you need assistance with model construction, parameter settings, boundary conditions, or other aspects of CryDisGen, please contact us by email. When requesting technical support, we recommend including a description of the model you intend to construct, the parameters you have used, and the specific difficulties you have encountered.
